Send and Request Money
How do I send money?

You can send money to anyone with an email address or mobile number. To send money:

  1. Tap the "Send" button near the center of the home screen/page
  2. Enter the email or mobile number of the recipient
  3. Enter the currency and amount to be sent (and optional message)
  4. Tap the "Send" button
How do I request money?

You can request money from anyone with an email address or mobile number. To request money:

  3. Enter the currency and amount to be requested (and optional message)

Do I need a verified email or mobile number?

Yes, you must verify at least one of:

  • Your email address or
  • Your mobile number

Does the counterparty need a verified email address or mobile number?

Yes, you can only send money to or request money from a verified email address or mobile number.
Account and Debit Card
How many accounts can I have?

In addition to your Primary Account which is created when you register, you can create additional accounts up to a maximum of six total accounts
How do I create a new account?

To create a new account, tap on the dropdown at the top left of the home screen and then tap "Add Account" and provide the requested information.
How do I apply for a debit card?

You can apply for a debit card if the option is available in your country or region. To apply tap on the dropdown at the top left of the home screen and then tap "Get Debit Card" and provide the requested information. Your approval for a debit card is subject to the requirements of the issuing bank and other applicable debit card service providers.
Where can I use my debit card?

You can use the debit card anywhere that Visa is accepted. You must have sufficient funds in your debit card account to cover any purchases made with your debit card.
Balances and Activity
How many balances can I have?

In each account you can have multiple balances and as many as one for each currency that the system allows. For example, a user could have five separate balances with one each for U.S. Dollars, Mexican Pesos, Euros, British Pounds and Canadian Dollars.
Why is one balance amount larger than the others?

The largest and most prominent balance amount that you see on your home screen/page is your primary balance and that is the balance that is used by the system as your default balance and currency for transactions. You can switch your primary balance at any time (see FAQ on switching primary balance).
How do I switch my primary balance to another currency?

  1. Tap the Settings gear icon in the top right of the screen/page
  2. Tap on the "Currency" option
  3. Select the currency switch to your primary balance currency from the dropdown options
  4. Tap the "Update" button
How do I see activity details for a transaction?

To see activity details for a transaction simply tap on the transaction summary bar in the activity feed on your home screen.
Bill Payment
How do I pay bills?

You can pay bills via the app in certain countries and regions. To pay bills:

  1. Tap the "Pay Bills" button near the center right of the home screen.
  2. Confirm that your country/region has available vendors.
  3. Search or scroll down to find the vendor you wish to pay and tap the vendor name.
  4. Select the product for payment.
  5. Enter the payment amount.
  6. Enter the bill reference number or mobile phone number (you can also optionally enter account number).
  7. Tap the "Submit" button.
What are Favorites in the Pay Bills area?

For faster bill payment, the Favorites section in the Pay Bills area stores the vendors and products that you have paid bills for in the past.
Convert Currency
How do I convert currency?

To convert a currency:

  1. Tap on the currency balance that you wish to convert.
  2. Tap on the "Convert" option.
  3. Select the currency to convert from and the currency to convert to.
  4. Enter the amount to convert.
  5. Tap the "Next" button and complete the double confirm process.
Are there fees associated with converting currencies?

There are no direct fees deducted from your account, however there is a market buy/sell spread that we employ when determining the conversion rate for each currency conversion that will result in your paying an effective fee. The market buy/sell spread conversion rates that we employ are significantly better than those offered by banks and other money transfer companies, on average.

How do I verify an email address?

You can also request a resend of the verification email by tapping on the Settings gear icon in the top right and then tapping on "Verify Email Address". Once you receive that email, simply tap on the link to verify your email address.
How do I verify a mobile number?

When you first sign-up for an account you receive a text message on the mobile phone you entered in registration that includes a 6 digit code to enter in the app to verify your mobile number. You can also request a resend of the code by tapping on the Settings gear icon in the top right and then tapping on "Verify Mobile Number". Once you receive the code via text message, simply enter it on that "Verify Mobile Number" screen to verify your mobile number.
How do I change my password?

To change your password:

  1. Tap the Settings gear icon in the top right of the screen.
  2. Tap "Login and Security" and then tap the "Password" option.
  3. Enter your current password, and then your new password and confirm new password.
  4. Tap the "Save" button.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password:

  1. Tap the "Reset Password" link below the "Sign In" button on the "Sign In" screen.
  2. Enter the email address or mobile number associated with your account
  3. Tap the "Send" button.

You will receive an email with a link to tap or a text message with 6 digit code to enter in order to reset your password.

To create a PIN that you can use for faster login:

  1. Tap the Settings gear icon in the top right of the screen.
  2. Tap "Login and Security" and then tap the "PIN and Fingerprint" option.
